All oils are milled on the Trattore Farms estate and produced under the direction of Mary Louise Bucher, Master Miller, and owner.
Take in panoramic views of Dry Creek Valley from the ridgeline estate of Trattore Farms. This immersive experience goes beyond wine, inviting you to explore rolling vineyards, ancient olive groves, and a landscape rich with native oaks and redwoods.
Climb aboard an all-terrain vehicle for a guided journey through the estate, where you’ll see sustainable farming in action—from vineyard blocks at varying elevations to northern California’s only traditional stone mill. Learn about the art of olive oil production, from tree to bottle, and visit an innovative composting center that helps keep the land thriving.
Back on the terrace, relax with a private tasting of Trattore’s estate-grown olive oils and Rhône-style wines, paired with curated bites designed to complement both. Surprises await at the table, making this an experience to savor.
This is wine country from a different perspective—one that’s as much about the olives as the vines.
